Business Development Executive

•  £22,000 - £25,000 basic salary per annum (depending on experience) with an OTE of £50,000 per annum with an uncapped monthly commission scheme.
  
• It is a fully office based position working from a modern operation in Market Harborough.
  
• Your standard working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday,

Have you got the sales drive to work in and succeed the business-to-business new acquisitions team?

The role involves volume outbound calling promoting products and services to generate new business opportunities. Requires someone with determination, resilience and high energy.

  
Your job responsibilities:

·        Work in a full 360 capacity by calling, acquiring and closing your own sales opportunities Identify sales opportunities through thorough questioning

·        Eliminate objections using up to date market/product information

·        Present unique solutions which save customers time, money and reduce their carbon emissions

·        Develop and maintain trusted relationships with customers

·        To achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and revenue targets and KPIs
