Spanish Speaker –Telemarketing Executive (Spanish & English Fluency)

Hours of Work:  Monday to Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm  

Salary: £12.00ph - £14.00ph

Location: B3 Birmingham - Hybrid – 2 weeks onsite training & once completed move to the 3 days onsite & 2 days WFH.  

 

We’re looking for ambitious candidates who can speak Italian and are confident to do so at business level over the phone.  The successful candidate will need to demonstrate good attitude, aptitude, and enthusiasm. We have an excellent and genuine opportunity for anyone who wants to kick start their career in Sales, Marketing and Project Management. This is a temporary role to start with, with the potential for a temp to perm role.

 

The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate the following skills and qualifications:

 

·       Telemarketing or telesales experience (highly beneficial, not essential)

·       Good Telephone Manner

·       Communication

·       Time Management

·       Client Liaison

·       Team and Self Motivation

·       Leadership skills

·       Team player

·       Computer Literate

·       MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Access

·       Planning and Organisational Skills

·       Ability to work to targets

·       Ability to work well in a pressured environment

·       Ability to work efficiently and effectively
