Location: Loughborough, Leicestershire
Position: Paint Sprayer / Powder Coater
Working Hours: 8 hours per day (Monday to Friday) 08:00–16:00
Pay: Up to £13.50 per hour (depending on experience and ability to work independently from day one) + Overtime Available

Responsibilities:

• Apply high-quality powder coating finishes using Gema spray equipment.
• Prepare surfaces and materials for painting, including cleaning, masking and sanding.
• Carry out visual inspections to ensure top-notch standards are consistently met.
• Maintain a clean and safe paint booth environment.
• Work closely with a team of 7 in the paint department, contributing to a supportive and productive atmosphere.
• Understand job specifications and adjust settings for different products and materials.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in industrial paint spraying or powder coating, ideally using Gema systems.
• The ability to work quickly, efficiently, and independently with minimal supervision.
• A strong eye for detail and commitment to quality.
• Familiarity with health & safety procedures in a manufacturing environment.
• A positive, team-focused attitude.
