You’ll work towards clear KPIs, proactively call warm leads and collaborate closely with our Client’s Sales and Marketing teams to fine-tune your pitch and messaging. This is a hybrid role with flexibility and plenty of support. Ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy, target-driven environment.
Job Title: Sales Development Representative – EdTech
Location: 3 days per week in Loughborough offices / 2 days’ work from home
Remuneration: £25,000 – £30,000 per year (depending on experience) + Monthly Commission (Up to £500 per month depending on performance)
Employment Benefits: 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays, extra birthday day off, Perkbox, pension, regular company events, free parking
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience booking software solution demos in a Sales Development or Telesales role
- Comfortable working to targets and KPIs and experienced in hitting them
- Ideally, experience selling to schools, colleges, or education providers
- A confident communicator who builds rapport easily
