Job Role: CNC Programmer – Punch Press
Working Hours: 40.5 hours per week: Mon–Thurs 07:00–16:00 & Fri 07:00–14:00
Location: Oxfordshire
Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum + Overtime

What You’ll Be Doing:
We’re looking for a RADAN programmer to translate CAD designs into accurate nests, patterns, and punch-ready files that keep our machines (and team) running smoothly. Duties include:
- Mastering RADAN to program flat patterns for Amada AE 2510 punch machines
- Creating tight nesting for efficient material use
- Translating 2D and 3D engineering drawings into accurate programs
- Quality checking your work before it heads to production
- Working in collaboration with operations to keep the line running smoothly
Skills & Experience Required:
- Extensive experience in RADAN programming
- Familiarity with Amada punch press layouts
- Good grasp of sheet metal fabrication and material use
- Confidence reading engineering drawings
- A keen eye for quality and detail
