Job Role: CNC Programmer – Punch Press

Working Hours: 40.5 hours per week: Mon–Thurs 07:00–16:00 & Fri 07:00–14:00

Location: Oxfordshire

Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum + Overtime

What You’ll Be Doing:

We’re looking for a RADAN programmer to translate CAD designs into accurate nests, patterns, and punch-ready files that keep our machines (and team) running smoothly. Duties include:

  • Mastering RADAN to program flat patterns for Amada AE 2510 punch machines
  • Creating tight nesting for efficient material use
  • Translating 2D and 3D engineering drawings into accurate programs
  • Quality checking your work before it heads to production
  • Working in collaboration with operations to keep the line running smoothly

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Extensive experience in RADAN programming
  • Familiarity with Amada punch press layouts
  • Good grasp of sheet metal fabrication and material use
  • Confidence reading engineering drawings
  • A keen eye for quality and detail
