Job Title: Production Operator

Location: Loughborough

Shifts: 12 – hour rotating shifts; 06:00 – 18:15 and 18:00 – 06:15

Pay Rate: £15.24 per hour

Contract Type: Temporary

We are hiring Production Operators for a leading manufacturing company in Loughborough. This is a great opportunity to receive full training, develop new skills and work in a rewarding industry.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operate production line machinery efficiently to meet targets
• Follow strict safety procedures and maintain cleanliness in the work area
• Accurately complete and check manufacturing paperwork records
• Work collaboratively within a team to ensure smooth operations

What We’re Looking For:

• GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths & English (Grade C or above preferred)
• Experience in a production environment, ideally in pharmaceutical or food manufacturing
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
• A positive, team-oriented mindset with reliability and attention to detail
