Job Title: Learning & Enablement Manager – Education Technology Sector
Salary: £50K – £55K per year (depending on experience)
Job Location: Hybrid role working 3 days per week from modern offices in Loughborough

The Opportunity:
As Learning & Enablement Manager, you’ll take ownership of how knowledge is built and shared (internally and externally) to drive confidence, consistency, and excellence. You will:
- Design and deliver structured internal training that empowers Customer Success teams to deliver exceptional onboarding and support.
- Lead the development of customer-facing enablement content, including knowledge bases, in-app guides and online learning materials.
- Build strong governance, structure and version control to keep materials accurate, compliant, and on-brand.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Customer Success teams to identify learning gaps and translate insights into scalable training solutions.
- Use analytics and AI tools to measure, refine and continuously improve the quality and impact of learning materials.
About You:
You’re a confident communicator and creative problem-solver who knows how to turn complex ideas into simple, engaging learning experiences. You bring:
- Proven experience in training, enablement or customer education (ideally within SaaS, tech, or digital services).
- Strong instructional design and content creation skills with an eye for clarity and engagement.
- Familiarity with digital knowledge systems or in-app guidance platforms (e.g. Whatfix, Intercom, Zendesk).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency and content quality.
Desirable:
- Experience designing structured learning pathways or internal certification programmes.
- Background in education or edtech.
- Awareness of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
What Success Looks Like:
- Confident, consistent Customer Success teams delivering excellent onboarding and education.
- High engagement with customer self-service and learning content.
- Fewer “how do I…” queries from customers.
- Positive feedback from internal teams and end users.
- Up-to-date, well-governed training and enablement resources aligned with product updates.
