Job Title: Customer Success Manager – SaaS
Location: Hybrid – 3 days per week in Loughborough
Salary: Up to £35,000 (DOE)

The Opportunity:

As Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the trusted partner for a portfolio of clients — guiding them from onboarding and adoption to long-term success. You’ll ensure every customer feels supported, engaged, and empowered to get the most from the platform.

You will:

  • Manage the full customer lifecycle for your assigned accounts.
  • Lead onboarding and ensure smooth, impactful implementations.
  • Deliver tailored training sessions and best-practice guidance.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Monitor usage, engagement, and account health to drive retention.
  • Identify growth opportunities while reducing churn risk.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Act as the voice of the customer to influence continuous improvement.

About You:

You’re a natural communicator who takes pride in helping others succeed. You bring:

  • Proven experience in Customer Success or Account Management within SaaS or tech.
  • Excellent relationship-building and presentation skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with genuine customer empathy.
  • Familiarity with CRM/CS tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Gainsight.
