Job Title: Electrical Assembler

Contract Type: Temp to Perm Contract to start ASAP

Location: Banbury

Salary:  £26,000pa (£12.38ph)

Hours of Work: 7.30am – 4.00pm | Mon – Thurs + Fri 7.30am – 2.00pm (40.5hrs)

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Wiring Assembly Operative to join a busy engineering team in Banbury. This is a hands-on role requiring experience in component wiring and assembly. The ideal candidate will be reliable, precise, and able to work efficiently in a production environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and wire components to specification
  • Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
  • Follow production schedules and meet deadlines
  • Work safely and adhere to all procedures

Requirements:

  • Previous wiring and assembly experience essential
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Team player with a proactive attitude
  • Assemble and wire components to specification with high attention to detail.
  • Prior wiring experience essential; work in a busy production environment.
