Job Title: Digital Asset Specialist
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 depending on experience
Location: Liverpool (Hybrid – 2 days per week in the office)
Job Type: Full time, permanent

Your Recruiters is delighted to be partnering with a leading consumer brand to recruit a Digital Asset Specialist to support their growing marketing and e-commerce operations.
As Digital Asset Specialist, you will support the day-to-day management of the company’s digital asset systems and content workflows, ensuring creative assets and product content are accurately organised, tagged, and maintained across platforms.
The Role:
As Digital Asset Specialist, you will:
- Support the administration of the Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform, including uploading assets, applying metadata, tagging, version control and maintaining folder structures
- Assist with maintaining metadata standards and taxonomy frameworks to improve searchability and asset retrieval
- Coordinate asset requests from internal teams and external partners, ensuring timely delivery and correct usage
- Provide user support and basic training for platform users, assisting with onboarding and troubleshooting queries
- Help maintain data accuracy between the DAM and Product Information Management (PIM) systems, supporting the updating of product imagery, copy, specifications and packaging assets
- Assist in content workflows that support digital syndication to retail partners, online marketplaces and DTC websites
- Support the organisation and governance of the internal creative file server, including file naming conventions and archiving processes
- Work closely with marketing, e-commerce and creative teams to facilitate asset briefings, version tracking and asset approvals
- Assist with reporting on asset usage, system adoption and workflow performance
- Liaise with IT and external vendors on support requests and minor system configuration needs
About You:
- We are keen to speak with candidates who have:
- A degree in Marketing or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in a digital asset, content or marketing operations role
- Experience using a DAM platform and working with metadata and tagging
- Exposure to PIM systems beneficial but not essential
- Good understanding of digital marketing workflows
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Experience with Brandfolder, InRiver or Box would be highly beneficial but not essential.
