If you’re a temporary worker placed through Your Recruiters and would like to request paid holiday, you’re in the right place.
Please complete the form below to submit:
- A request for upcoming paid leave during your current assignment
- Or a request to claim any remaining holiday pay if you’ve recently finished an assignment
We’ll review your submission, confirm availability with your assignment manager if required, and respond within 48 hours. Submitting this form allows us to process your request efficiently and in line with your entitlement.

Before you submit:
- If you’re currently working on assignment, please speak to your on-site manager or supervisor and ensure they’re happy with the proposed dates before submitting this form.
- If you’ve finished your assignment and are requesting your final holiday pay, please select ‘All my Remaining Holiday’ when telling us your total days requested.
