Role: Internal Sales Executive

Location: Oldbury (own transport required)

Salary: £30,000pa plus commission (negotiable depending on experience)

Hours of Work:
Monday – Thursday: 9.00am – 5.00pm
Friday: 9.00am – 4.00pm
30 minute lunch break

Your Recruiters are currently hiring an Internal Sales Executive to join an international consumables company based in Oldbury. This is a varied role offering progression and training and would suit someone with strong communication skills who is looking to develop their career in sales.

Requirements:

  • Must have own transport (occasional client visits required)
  • Previous cold calling experience in a sales environment – essential
  • Exceptional sales and customer relationship building skills at all levels
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to identify business opportunities and build long-term relationships with customers
  • Strong commercial awareness and excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Outbound B2B cold calling
  • Target of 40+ calls per day
  • Maximising sales growth opportunities
  • Managing existing accounts and building customer relationships
  • Developing new business opportunities and contacting lapsed and dormant accounts
  • Answering general enquiries, advising on product availability and delivery dates
  • Issuing quotations in response to enquiries
  • Processing sales orders
  • Ensuring outstanding levels of customer service at all times
  • Using Sage 200 daily (training provided)
  • Maintaining and updating the CRM system
  • Occasional site visits for sales meetings
