Job Title: Compliance Administrator – 6-Month FTC
Location: Minworth
Salary: Up to £29,000 per annum
Contract: 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract (Potential for Permanent)

A leading global metal imports company is seeking a dedicated Compliance Administrator to join their team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role is pivotal in ensuring adherence to international compliance standards and conducting spot check audits across various departments.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular spot check audits to identify and address non-compliance issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance requirements into operational processes.
- Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, audit findings and corrective actions.
- Stay informed on changes in international trade regulations and advise management accordingly.
- Reviewing internal audit reports and providing clear feedback to the wider Group.
- Help with following through with internal audit requirements.
- Help with external audits and requests.
- Conduct & ensure regular mini audits to make sure compliance is being upheld to internal audit guidelines, policies and procedures.
- Identifying areas for improvement and working with teams to drive positive changes.
- Draft, review and revise documents and procedures.
- Help create process training notes for wider Group.
- Drive continuous improvement in quality and performance within the Group.
- Reviewing Group Finance Invoices to the Bank when payments raised.
- Review all AP Invoices have been scanned into the system once processed on to the system.
- Reviewing Group Finance process and weekly/monthly reconciliations.
- Assist in monitoring business process and compliance risks.
- Ensure compliance with document retention policies.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in compliance administration within an international company, preferably in the imports or manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of compliance processes and experience in conducting spot check audits.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance management software.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
