Job Title: Content Manager – SaaS
Location:
Hybrid – 3 days per week in Loughborough
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 (Depending on experience)

The Opportunity:

As Content Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the brand’s content strategy and working across marketing, product, and leadership teams to create, refresh, and elevate a consistent, engaging voice.

You will:

  • Audit and enhance existing content to align with the brand’s tone, voice and goals.
  • Create compelling, on-brand copy for websites, blogs, case studies, social media and email campaigns.
  • Ensure consistency and impact across all channels – from landing pages to thought leadership.
  • Collaborate with designers and marketers to craft visually and verbally engaging campaigns.
  • Analyse content performance to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

About You:

You’re a confident, versatile communicator who can balance creativity with commercial focus. You bring:

  • Proven experience as a Content Manager, Content Strategist or Senior Copywriter, ideally within SaaS or tech.
  • A talent for storytelling and transforming complex ideas into clear, human, engaging content.
  • A strong sense of ownership and a passion for brand consistency and quality.
  • The ability to work collaboratively across teams while setting high creative standards.
