Role: Corporate Contracts Manager
Location: Birmingham / West Midlands (UK Travel + Occasional International Travel)
Contract: Permanent
Pay: £60,000 – £70,000 + Bonus

The Role:
This is a senior leadership position within a respected and expanding aerospace organisation. You’ll support the Commercial Director and oversee contract management across multiple UK sites, ensuring consistency, compliance and commercial success.
As Corporate Contracts Manager, you’ll take ownership of customer contract governance and lead a team of Contract Managers across the UK. You’ll provide commercial expertise, ensure legal and regulatory compliance and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and partners.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Oversee negotiation, renewal and governance of all customer contracts
- Lead and develop a team of Contract Managers across multiple sites
- Ensure company wide compliance with contractual terms and industry regulations
- Support bids, tenders and pricing reviews with sound commercial judgement
- Monitor contract performance, identifying risks and opportunities
- Work closely with Legal, Finance, Operations and Purchasing to maintain robust governance
- Represent the organisation in customer and supplier meetings, audits and reviews
- Maintain long term customer relationships through regular UK and occasional international visits
- Support recruitment and training within the contracts team
What We’re Looking For:
Essential:
- Extensive experience in contract management within the aerospace sector
- Strong understanding of contract law, commercial terms and customer agreements
- Proven leadership of remote or multi site teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- High accuracy, attention to detail and strong commercial awareness
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Willingness to travel within the UK and overseas
Desirable:
- Experience with aerospace grade metals, stockholding or sales leadership
- Familiarity with Estel ERP or CRM systems
- Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing, maintenance or service environments
