We’re recruiting for a Customer Services Administrator on a temp to perm basis to start ASAP at a well established site in Witton, Birmingham (B6). This is a customer facing role combining phone based support with accurate administration, ideal for someone calm, reliable, and people focused.
Job Title: Customer Services Administrator
Location: Witton, Birmingham B6
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Once trained, you will work on a rota basis every 5-6 weeks:
- Monday to Friday, 11:45am – 8:15pm
- Saturday, 8:30am – 12:30pm
Total Hours: 39 hours per week
Salary: £25,917 per annum (£12.78 per hour)
Contract: Temp to perm
Your Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and customer enquiries professionally
- Take and process customer orders via telephone and email
- Ensure calls are answered promptly and efficiently
- Follow up with customers to check account satisfaction when required
- Carry out accurate data entry and administration tasks
- Manage emails and general filing
- Support the wider team with additional duties as required

- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable and well organised approach to work
- Confident keyboard and data entry skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Team player with a positive, customer-focused attitude
