Digital Campaign Manager

£35,000 – £45,000 (depending on experience) | Hybrid (Loughborough)
SaaS | B2B | Education Sector

We’re recruiting a Digital Campaign Manager for a growing SaaS business selling into the education sector. This role owns demand generation campaigns end to end, with a clear focus on MQL → SQL conversion and pipeline contribution.

What you’ll do:

  • Plan and deliver B2B demand-generation campaigns aligned to lead and pipeline targets
  • Manage paid social, PPC, email marketing and campaign journeys
  • Build and optimise landing pages and conversion paths (CRO)
  • Create automation workflows and nurture sequences (HubSpot or similar)
  • Work closely with Sales on targeting, follow-up and feedback
  • Support events and exhibitions, including promotion and post-event follow-up
  • Track and optimise campaign performance using GA / GA4

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience running performance led B2B digital campaigns
  • Hands on experience with paid media, email marketing and automation
  • Experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM
  • Confident using GA / GA4 and campaign data to improve performance
  • Comfortable working closely with Sales and taking ownership of outcomes
  • Experience in SaaS, education or complex B2B environments is helpful but not essential.
