Are you a versatile, commercially minded Marketing Manager looking to make a real impact in the education sector? This innovative SaaS provider supports schools nationwide, and they’re now looking for a confident generalist marketer to elevate and lead their marketing function.

The Role:

As Marketing Manager, you’ll sit at the centre of the business, shaping how the brand engages with schools, MATs and sector partners. You’ll lead on planning, delivery and performance across the full marketing mix, ensuring consistent engagement and a healthy lead pipeline.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Building and owning the annual marketing strategy
• Developing multi-channel campaigns targeting education leaders
• Overseeing digital marketing activity (email, social, paid, SEO, automation)
• Managing events and conferences within the education space
• Analysing campaigns and reporting on ROI
• Supporting product launches and sales enablement
• Coordinating with external agencies when required

What We’re Looking For:

• A well rounded marketing generalist across digital and traditional channels
• Confident executing campaigns targeting schools or the public sector (education experience highly advantageous)
• Comfortable in a SaaS or tech led environment
• Data driven, commercially aware and proactive
• Collaborative, working well with sales, product and leadership teams
• Organised, adaptable and able to take ownership
