Position: Operations Administrator

Contract: Temp to Perm – to start ASAP!!

Location: Leicester, LE4 – onsite with on street parking

Hours of Work: Mon – Fri, 8 am – 4.30 pm (37.5hrs)

Salary: £12.21ph (£23,890pa)

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the administrative functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with inbound calls & enquiries for training courses
  • Booking theory tests & medicals
  • Emails
  • Data entry
  • Attend and compile minutes for Operations Management Team meetings as and when required and follow up accordingly
  • Compilation and submission of monthly reports
  • General office management duties – filing, photocopying & document archiving
  • Liaising with the operation managers daily

Team and environment: The Operations team consists of 8 people; It is a busy office.

  • Ability to complete data entry and clerical tasks
  • Proficiency in the use of various software applications, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to maintain accurate records with strong attention to detail
  • Strong and confident communication skills
  • Enthusiastic
  • Team player
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support various operational processes
