We’re looking for a Production Administrator to join a well-established engineering and fabrication company in Loughborough. This is an immediate start, full-time temporary role with a key focus on supporting procurement and production planning activities.

The Role:

Job Title: Production Administrator
Location: Loughborough, Leicestershire
Benefits: £14.00 per hour (paid weekly) + 28 days holiday per year
Hours: 37.5 hours per week: 8 AM – 4 PM Monday to Friday (Office based)
Contract Type: This is a temporary position managed by Your Recruiters
Start Date: Immediate Start Available

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Raising and processing purchase orders for materials and components
  • Liaising with suppliers to confirm pricing and delivery schedules
  • Supporting production with order tracking and inventory updates
  • Entering data into internal systems and maintaining accurate records
  • Helping ensure the smooth flow of materials for production deadlines

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous admin experience in manufacturing, engineering, or similar environments
  • Comfortable with purchasing or ERP systems (training provided)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to prioritise workload and work independently
  • Confident communicator with a proactive mindset
