Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Office based role in Loughborough with UK wide travel
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30 am – 5 pm
Salary: £40K – £45K per year (Depending on experience)
If you’re a Project Manager who loves bringing big ideas to life, this is your chance to lead high-profile retail fit-outs from concept through to handover. You’ll take ownership of exciting projects, coordinate brilliant teams, and see your work transform stores across the UK.
What you’ll be doing:
- Take charge of end-to-end retail fit-out projects – from planning through to completion.
- Build and manage project schedules, budgets and detailed work plans.
- Coordinate design teams, contractors, suppliers and clients to keep everything running smoothly.
- Monitor progress on site, solve issues quickly and keep delivery on track.
- Ensure health & safety standards are met across all phases.
- Keep clients updated with clear, confident communication.
- Oversee inspections and sign-offs to guarantee quality at every stage.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in shop-fitting or retail fit-out project management.
- Strong track record managing budgets, timelines and multiple stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of retail construction, interiors and compliance.
- A confident communicator who can build relationships and manage expectations.
- PRINCE2 or similar project management qualification (a bonus, not essential).
