Role: Purchase Ledger Clerk (Experience Essential)
Contract: Temporary Ongoing (Potential to Go Permanent)
Hours: Mon–Thurs 8.30am–5.00pm, Fri 8.30am–4.00pm (39 hours per week)
Salary: £14.00ph (£28,392pa)

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Process and manage supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Prepare and process payment runs in line with company policies
- Maintain accurate transaction records and ensure all documentation is correct
- Support month-end closing and reporting requirements
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve invoice queries
- Handle reconciliations confidently and accurately
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience with Office 365 and able to learn new systems quickly
- Clear and confident communication skills, especially over the phone
- Highly organised with the ability to manage workload, work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to spot and escalate issues
- Team player with a proactive, can do attitude
