Job Title: Sales Administrator / Sales Order Processor

Contract: Temp to Perm Contract to Start ASAP

Location: Witton, Birmingham B6

Hours of Work: Mon – Fri – 10am – 6:30pm: Once trained, every 5/6 weeks (on a rota basis), you’ll work Mon – Fri 11:45am – 8:15pm & Saturday 8.30am – 12.30pm (39hrs per week)

Salary: £25,917pa (£12.78ph)

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Dealing with inbound calls & enquiries
  • Taking & processing orders via telephone & email accurately
  • Ensuring calls are answered quickly and efficiently.
  • Following calls to customers – checking customer is happy with account etc – as and when required.
  • Data entry
  • Emails
  • Filing

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Good communication/people skills
  • Attention to detail.
  • Reliability
  • Good keyboard skills
  • Team player
  • Remain calm under pressure.
  • Any other duties required by the company.
