Job Title: Sales Administrator / Sales Order Processor
Contract Type: Permanent Contract to Start ASAP!!
Location: Spondon, Derby
Hours of Work: Mon – Fri – 8.30am – 5.30pm (40hrs)
Salary: £27301.56 per annum
As sales administrator / sales order progressor you will have experience in preparing customer quotations and following up on outstanding quotes. A strong telephone manner and the ability to build lasting customer relationships are essential. Computer literate & competent with excel.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Prepare accurate customer quotations in a timely manner
- Follow up on outstanding quotes to secure new business
- Maintain and develop strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Communicate professionally and confidently with customers via telephone
- Dealing with inbound calls & enquiries
- Taking & processing orders via telephone & email accurately
- Ensuring calls are answered quickly and efficiently.
- Following calls to customers – checking customer is happy with account etc – as and when required.
- Data entry
- Emails
- Filing
What We’re Looking for:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Strong telephone manner with excellent communication skills
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to build rapport
- Computer literate with good working knowledge of Excel
- Remain calm under pressure.
