Job Title: Telemarketing Executive

Contract: Temp to Perm Contract to start ASAP

Location:  Shirley, Solihull

Hours of Work: 8.30am – 5.00pm – Mon – Thurs plus Fri 8.00am – 2.45pm

Salary:  £12.50ph plus commission (OTE £27,000pa)

As Telemarketing Executive, you’ll have worked in a similar role and be confident and tenacious when making calls to businesses.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Working on behalf of our clients contacting a target list of businesses to make qualified sales appointments
  • Generate leads
  • Update company information
  • Complete telephone surveys on behalf of clients with their customers

What We’re Looking for:

  • Experience working within a similar role, making outbound calls.
  • Able to achieve a dial target of at least 175 dials per day (depending on campaign)
  • Confident to deliver calls to senior decision makers in companies such as MD, FD, HRD. Marketing Director
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
  • Excellent spoken English and a good clear telephone voice
  • Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated
  • Work well within a team and as an individual
  • Live within a commutable distance to Shirley, Solihull
