Position: Telesales Executive

Contract: Temp – Perm

Location: Tyseley, Birmingham B11 (onsite)

Salary: £13.50ph (£24,570pa) plus annual performance bonus

Hours of Work: 9 am – 5 pm, Mon – Thurs & Fri 9 am – 2 pm (35 hrs for week)

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic telesales executive to join our client’s dynamic team. The ideal candidate will excel in communicating effectively with potential clients, promoting products, services and contributing to sales goals. This role requires a strong ability to engage with customers over the phone, utilising persuasive communication skills to generate leads and close sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
  • Effectively communicate product benefits and features to potential clients.
  • Maintain a positive attitude while handling customer inquiries and objections.
  • Achieve daily and weekly call targets while ensuring high-quality customer service.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation.
  • Provide feedback on customer responses to help improve marketing strategies.

Skills:

  • Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A passion for sales and a willingness to learn new techniques.
  • Engineering background but not essential.
