Role: TIG Welder

Contract: Temp to Perm

Location: Banbury

Salary: £29,000pa – £31,000pa (£13.77ph – £14.71ph D.O.E.)

Hours of Work: 7.30am – 4.00pm – Mon – Thurs | Fri 7.30am – 2.00pm (40.5hrs)

We are looking for a skilled TIG welder to join a busy engineering team in Banbury. The ideal candidate will be reliable, precise, and able to work efficiently in a production environment.

Responsibilities:

  • TIG welding on stainless steel (2-5mm gauge)
  • Basic fabrication work
  • Working with thin gauge stainless steel (2-5mm)
  • Welding kitchen grade equipment and ventilation systems
  • Maintaining high standards of quality and precision
  • All work is shop floor based

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a similar TIG welding position
  • Experience working within the fabrication industry
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
