In this IT Systems Engineer role, you are responsible for maintenance of the infrastructure ensuring optimal quality for staff. Youwill guarantee the operability, monitoring, and implementation of the system and network infrastructure.
Essential functions in this role include:
· Purchases of hardware, software, and licenses according to the policy
· Manage subcontracting and supplier relations including tenders, selection, contract management, technical follow-up
· Manage the installation, support, and security of the network and IT system hardware infrastructure
· Provide internalmanagement of the company's Active Directory and email systems
· Monitor technologicaldevelopments and make proposals where it benefits the organisation
· Participate in ITbusiness projects
· Identify the needs of users, provide expertise, and ensure follow-up
· Participate in the development and maintenance of internal business tools in collaboration with end users
· Set up new starters with laptops and IT access to systems
· Communication and update staff regarding implementation of new projects

Must have experience requiredfor this role:
· Broad knowledge of IT systems,applications, current and new technologies
· Able to develop internalsystems
· Strong understanding ofsoftware developments, network, and system admin
· Good project management skills
· The ideal candidate will have worked in a manufacturing or logistics environment
