Position: Laser Welder
Location: Loughborough
Working Hours: 6am – 2pm Monday to Friday with regular overtime hours available
Pay: £13.25 per hour + overtime paid at x1.3 in the week and x1.5 at weekends
Employment Type: Temporary with Your Recruiters. The position may go permanent with the hiring company after 13 weeks’ employment.

Your Role as a Robot Welding Operative:
- Operate laser welding machinery to produce high-precision sheet metal components
- Set up and adjust welding machines for different materials
- Read and interpret engineering drawings to ensure accuracy
- Perform quality checks using measuring tools to maintain weld integrity
- Work with stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminum
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following health & safety procedures
- Support basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting when required
What You Need to Succeed:
- Experience in robot welding OR machine operation in an engineering/manufacturing setting
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Quality control experience using precision measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail, technical competence, and problem-solving ability
