Job Title: Managing Director

Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid, with European travel)

Salary: £100K – £150K per year (depending on experience) + exceptional benefits package

What you’ll be doing:

• Take full responsibility for multi-country operations, driving growth and operational excellence.
• Lead commercial and business development activities, identifying and securing new opportunities across the UK, Germany, and Spain.
• Build and manage relationships with senior-level stakeholders across professional services, financial services, and beyond.
• Shape and execute market strategies that align with ambitious global vision.
• Lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams across multiple regions.
• Identify new business opportunities and foster innovation in workforce and learning solutions.

What we’re looking for:

• Senior commercial, sales, or business development leadership experience in professional services or financial services
• A track record of delivering business growth across complex, multi-site or international operations.
• Strong commercial acumen and client relationship skills at board and C-suite level.
• A collaborative and inspiring leadership style, with the ability to empower teams across geographies.
• Experience in the automotive sector is advantageous but not essential.
