We’re looking for a proactive Sales Administrator to support a growing team with order processing, inbound calls, and day-to-day admin. If you enjoy variety, structure, and being part of a friendly, fast-paced environment — this temp-to-perm role could be a perfect match.

The Role:

Job Title: Sales Administrator
Location: Witton, Birmingham B6
Salary: £25,917 per annum (£12.78/hour)
Contract Type: This is a temporary position which may lead to permanent employment after 13 weeks service
Hours: You will usually work 39 hours per week, working 10AM – 6PM Monday to Friday. Every 4 – 6 weeks you will be required to work an alternative shift pattern of 1145AM – 815PM Monday to Friday and 830AM to 1230PM on Saturday
Start Date: ASAP

What You’ll Be Doing:

This is a varied and fast-paced admin role supporting the sales team with inbound orders and customer queries. Daily duties include:

  • Taking and processing orders via phone and email
  • Answering inbound calls and customer enquiries quickly and professionally
  • Following up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction
  • Handling email correspondence, filing, and general admin
  • Inputting data into internal systems with high attention to detail

Ideal Skills & Experience:

  • You must have excellent telephone manners and confident communication skills
  • Friendly, reliable and able to stay calm under pressure
  • Strong IT and accurate data entry skills
  • A genuine team player
  • Previous admin or order processing experience is an advantage
