Role: Spanish Speaking Telemarketing Executive
Location: Hybrid | Birmingham B1
Contract: Temporary (Immediate Start)
Hours:

  • Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 4:30pm
  • Friday: 8:30am – 3:35pm

Salary: £12.50 – £14.00 per hour (DOE)

If you’re confident on the phone and fluent in Spanish, this is a straightforward B2B telemarketing role where your conversations actually matter.

You’ll be speaking with businesses across the UK and Europe, generating leads, booking appointments, and keeping client data accurate and up to date.

No rigid scripts. No robotic calls. Just proper conversations.

Full training is provided, but you’ll need the confidence to pick up the phone and get stuck in.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Making outbound B2B calls on behalf of clients
  • Booking appointments with relevant decision-makers
  • Translating and communicating in both Spanish and English
  • Carrying out market research across different industries
  • Cleansing and updating client data
  • Supporting lead generation campaigns
  • Accurately logging all activity on the system

What We’re Looking For:

  • Fluent Spanish (written and spoken)
  • Confident communicator with strong phone manner
  • Previous outbound calling experience preferred
  • Able to work towards call and lead targets
  • Good attention to detail when handling data
  • Organised, proactive, and self-motivated
  • Comfortable using systems such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
