Role: Ventilation Engineer – Up to £40K + Car + Benefits

Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire

Salary: Up to £38,000pa – £44,000pa DOE + Company Car + Fuel Card + Laptop + Mobile Phone

Are you a skilled Project Engineer with experience in delivering high-quality installations within commercial or industrial environments? This is working for a market leader in bespoke commercial catering and ventilation systems, is seeking a driven and capable Project Engineer to join their thriving team.

Reporting to the Projects Manager and based in Banbury, you will manage multiple bespoke projects from initial site surveys through to final installation and customer handover. This is a hands-on and varied role that involves site visits, project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and quality assurance across all phases of delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with clients, architects, and M&E contractors
  • Conducting site surveys and taking final measurements
  • Coordinating and managing project schedules
  • Attending pre-start and progress site meetings
  • Supporting on-site commissioning and handovers
  • Maintaining project documentation to quality standards
  • Supporting sales and occasional product demonstrations

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a similar project engineering role
  • Background in commercial ventilation and catering equipment
  • Strong M&E knowledge
  • Excellent multitasking, organisational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Valid CSCS/Skillcard and UK driving licence
  • Willingness to travel with occasional overnight stays
