Job Title: Warehouse / FLT Operative (Counterbalance)
Location: Avonmouth, Bristol (BS11)
Contract: 3-Month Temporary (until January 2026)
Pay Rate: £14.30 per hour (including shift allowance)
Start Date: ASAP

Shifts: Week 1 – Monday to Friday, 6:00am-2:00pm | Week 2 – Monday to Wednesday, 2:00pm-12:00am, Thursday 2:00pm-11:30pm

You’ll keep warehouse operations running smoothly by handling materials, maintaining safety standards and supporting production where needed.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Operating Counterbalance FLTs safely and efficiently (valid licence required)
  • Moving and sorting stock using MHE and manual handling
  • Picking and packing materials to order
  • Completing quality checks (hardness, conductivity, XRF testing)
  • Maintaining accurate paperwork and safety records
  • Supporting stock takes and general housekeeping

What We’re Looking For:

  • Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (essential)
  • Previous warehouse experience
  • Strong teamwork skills with a proactive, flexible attitude
  • Attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Machine operating experience (desirable but not essential)
