Role: RADAN Programmer – CNC Laser / Punch Specialist
Salary & Benefits: Up to £38,000 per annum + Overtime (1.3×, 1.5×, 2× Sundays)
Location: Oxfordshire
Hours: Mon–Thurs 07:00–16:00 | Fri 07:00–14:00 (40.5 hrs/week)


Join a fantastic, busy factory and team behind some of the UK’s most dependable stainless steel creations. Creating anything from mobile hot food trolleys that move thousands of meals every day (even to critical sites in healthcare and corrections), to smart ventilation and serving systems crafted right here in Oxfordshire.

We need a RADAN savvy programmer to fine tune those designs so every punch, pattern, and nest is spot on and production ready.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Mastering RADAN to program flat patterns for Amada AE 2510 punch machines
  • Creating tight nesting for efficient material use
  • Translating 2D and 3D engineering drawings into accurate programs
  • Double checking your work before it heads to production
  • Working hand in hand with operations to keep the line humming smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

  • Solid background in RADAN programming
  • Familiarity with Amada punch press layouts
  • Good grasp of sheet metal fabrication and material use
  • Confidence reading engineering drawings
  • A keen eye for quality and detail
