Job Title: Production Operative (Vinyl Application)
Location: Wigston, LE18
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Pay Rate: £13.75 per hour
Contract: Temporary to Permanent (includes a paid trial day)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Vinyl Finisher / Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing team in Wigston. You’ll be applying vinyl coverings to sheet-metal components, ensuring each product is finished to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply vinyl coverings to sheet metal accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare and clean surfaces before application
  • Inspect finished products for quality and consistency
  • Support general workshop and production duties as needed
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organised workspace

About You:

  • Previous experience in a hands-on, manufacturing or production role is ideal
  • Excellent attention to detail and patience for precise work
  • Reliable, hardworking and eager to learn
  • Able to follow instructions and work well within a small team
