Job Role: Machine Operative
Location: Ellistown, Leicestershire, LE67

  • 4 day working week. Big overtime. Serious bonus.
  • Up to £15.60 per hour on AM shift / Up to £19.50 per hour on PM shift (this is inclusive of a 25% shift allowance)
  • Weekly production bonus
  • Fridays & Saturdays overtime paid at time and a half
  • Temp to perm and permanent contracts (available from day 1) for successful candidates

This is a physical, repetitive role in a safety critical manufacturing environment. You will work in 2 person teams, operating machinery and a forklift truck as part of a fixed production flow. If you turn up, work safely and commit to overtime, the money is excellent. Own transport is required due to the site location in Ellistown (LE67).

Working Hours (Fixed Shift):

Monday to Thursday
AM: 04:45 – 14:45
PM: 14:30 – 00:30

Overtime:

Friday
AM: 04:00 – 11:00
PM: 11:00 – 18:00

  • Regular Saturday morning overtime available
  • All overtime paid at time and a half.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Operating production machinery and FLT (training provided)
  • Manual handling and physical work
  • Repetitive, process driven tasks
  • Cleaning down and hygiene duties when required
  • Adapting to other tasks when production is down

This Job Is NOT For You If:

  • You dislike repetitive or physical work
  • You cut corners on health and safety
  • You are unreliable or avoid overtime
