CNC Setter / Operator

Haas CNC | Fanuc Controls | Early Friday Finish

If you’re a CNC Setter / Operator with experience on Haas machines and Fanuc controls, and you enjoy precision, low volume work rather than repetitive production, this could be a great fit.

This is a permanent role within a well established manufacturing business where quality matters and engineers are trusted to get the job done properly.

Hours, Pay & Benefits:

  • £26,000 – £28,000 per year
    • Attendance bonus: £6.92 per day (up to £1,800 per year)
    • Monday-Thursday: 8:00am-5:00pm & Friday: 8:00am-1:00pm
    • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
    • Permanent, full time role

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Setting and operating Haas CNC mills and lathes
    • Making basic program edits using Fanuc controls
    • Machining aluminium, plastics and steel components
    • Working from engineering drawings and specifications
    • Carrying out in process quality checks

What You’ll Need:

  • CNC setting and operating experience
    • Confidence working with Fanuc control systems
    • Experience on Haas CNC machines
    • Strong attention to detail and quality
    • Comfortable reading engineering drawings
