Job Title: General Operative IMMEDIATE START
Location: Leicester
Pay: £12.50 per hour
Contract: Temporary until Christmas, reviewed weekly
Hours: 6am to 2pm or 8am to 4pm

The Role:

This is a hands on, fast paced position supporting a busy sheet-metal production environment through the run up to Christmas. You’ll move between tasks, keep production flowing, and help get orders out the door on time.

What you’ll be doing:

• Hanging components on the paintline
• Packing finished products
• Light nutserting and basic assembly work
• General workshop support as needed

What you need:

• Comfortable with manual work
• Quick learner
• Reliable, punctual, and steady
• Able to work as part of a small team
