Job Title: Junior Welder / Fabricator (Aluminium)

Location: Northampton

What’s on offer:

  • 07:30 – 17:00, Monday to Friday (45 hours paid)
  • 20 days holiday + bank holidays

Are you a Junior Welder / Fabricator with some hands on aluminium experience and keen to develop your skills in a specialist fabrication environment?

This is an opportunity to join a growing metalwork manufacturer based in Northampton. They design and produce high quality aluminium products used in commercial and residential projects across the UK.

This isn’t heavy structural work. It’s precision aluminium fabrication where finish and detail matter.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • MIG and/or TIG welding aluminium (depending on experience)
  • Fabricating architectural aluminium components
  • Working from technical drawings
  • Preparing, assembling and finishing products to a high standard
  • Supporting senior fabricators and developing your skillset

What You’ll Need:

  • Some practical aluminium welding experience (MIG or TIG)
  • Ability to read and understand basic engineering drawings
  • A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Pride in clean, tidy weld finish
