We’re supporting a joinery manufacturer in Wigston who are looking for an experienced Sprayer to join their production team. This is a hands on workshop role focused on spraying MDF components to a consistent, high quality finish.

You’ll be working within a fast paced manufacturing setting where precision, efficiency and attention to detail are essential.

Job Title: Paint Sprayer
Location: Wigston, Leicester
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00am – 4:30pm & Friday 7:00am – 1:00pm
Pay: Up to £15 – £17 per hour (experience dependent)
Benefits: 20 days holiday + 8 Bank Holidays, overtime opportunities, long term stability

In this role, you will:

  • Carry out AC2 spraying on MDF components used in large corporate companies
  • Prepare surfaces through sanding and finishing prior to spraying
  • Ensure consistent coverage and finish quality across all items
  • Work to production targets while maintaining standards
  • Maintain spray equipment and keep the spray booth clean and compliant
  • Follow health and safety procedures within a manufacturing environment

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Experience working with MDF in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control awareness
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
  • A reliable work ethic and good communication skills
