Job Title: Powder Coater

Location: Leicester
Hours: Monday to Friday | Day Shift
Pay: £14.50-£16 per hour

We’re recruiting for an experienced Powder Coater to join a busy manufacturing environment. This is a hands on role focused on preparing, coating and finishing metal components to a high standard, ensuring quality, consistency and efficiency throughout the process.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Preparing metal components for coating, including cleaning, sanding and pre treatment
• Applying powder coatings using spray equipment to achieve a consistent, high quality finish
• Checking finished parts to ensure good coverage and no defects
• Loading and unloading components safely and efficiently
• Maintaining coating equipment and keeping the work area clean and safe
• Working to production targets and delivery deadlines

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in powder coating within a manufacturing environment
• Good attention to detail and pride in producing a high-quality finish
• Confident using powder coating equipment and spray guns
• Able to work independently in a busy production environment
