Job Title: Part-Time Quality Inspector (Sheet Metal Manufacturing)
Location: Leicester, LE7
Hours: 3 days per week, 8:00am – 4:30pm
Pay: £15.00 – £16.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Contract Type: This is an ongoing temporary position, paid weekly by Your Recruiters

Job Duties:

  • Carrying out first-off, in-process, and final inspections
  • Using verniers, callipers, height gauges, and other precision tools
  • Checking components against drawings and customer specifications
  • Logging all inspection results accurately
  • Maintaining a tidy, organised, audit-ready quality area
  • Working closely with fabrication and press brake teams to uphold high standards

Experience and Skills:

  • Proven sheet metal inspection experience – essential
  • Ability to confidently read and interpret engineering drawings
  • A sharp eye, steady hand, and methodical work style
  • Confidence to challenge quality issues and communicate clearly
  • Reliability and real pride in your work
