We’re looking for a Sheet Metal Quality Inspector who can bring accuracy, confidence, and experience to a tight knit team that values craftsmanship and clean, consistent work.

Job Title: Sheet Metal Quality Inspector

Location: Leicester, LE7

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8am to 5pm | Friday, 8am to 2:30pm

Pay: £15.00 – £16.00 per hour

You’ll Be:

  • Carrying out first off, in process, and final inspections
  • Using verniers, callipers, height gauges, and other precision tools
  • Checking components against drawings and customer specs
  • Logging results clearly and accurately
  • Keeping the quality area tidy, organised, and audit ready
  • Working closely with the fabrication and press brake teams to maintain top standards

You’ll Need:

  • Proven sheet metal inspection experience – essential
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • A sharp eye, steady hand, and methodical approach
  • Confidence to challenge and communicate quality issues
  • Reliability and pride in your work
