Job Title: Production Operator – Pharmaceuticals
Location: Loughborough, Leicestershire
Pay Rate: £15.77 per hour
Hours: Continental 12-hour shifts (6am-6:15pm / 6pm-6:15am) across days, nights and weekends – average 40 hours per week with overtime paid at premium rates
Contract Type: 12 month temporary contract via Your Recruiters Limited, with potential for permanent employment

What You’ll Be Doing:

Support the setup and installation of a new production line, produce validation batches and maintain quality standards. Create and update documentation and work instructions, achieve production targets safely and efficiently, follow all safety and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) procedures and complete manufacturing records accurately.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in a production or manufacturing environment, ideally pharmaceutical or food manufacturing. Comfortable working 12-hour shifts including nights and weekends. You’ll need to follow strict PPE and hygiene rules (no food or phones in production areas), have excellent attention to detail, reliability and teamwork skills, plus a proactive attitude and strong communication in English.
