Job Title: Sales Estimator
Location: Rugby, Warwickshire
Up to £45,000 DOE + Profit Related Pay + Future Commission Scheme

We’re recruiting for a successful and growing specialist contractor delivering projects across the UK. As a Sales Estimator, you’ll play a key role in securing new business by producing accurate quotations, supporting customers and helping turn enquiries into orders.

This isn’t a role where you’ll be hidden behind a desk forever. As your knowledge grows, you’ll have the opportunity to visit customer sites, meet clients, understand projects first-hand and develop into a more customer-facing commercial position.

  • Flexible working hours:
    • 8:00am – 4:00pm
    • 8:30am – 4:30pm
    • 9:00am – 5:00pm
  • Monday to Friday
  • Genuine long-term progression into a broader commercial role

The role:

  • Produce accurate quotations and estimates for customer projects
  • Review specifications, drawings and tender documentation
  • Obtain pricing from suppliers and internal teams
  • Build strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process
  • Follow up quotations and support conversion into orders
  • Provide technical and commercial support to customers and colleagues
  • Attend customer sites and surveys as the role develops
  • Maintain accurate estimating records and documentation

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience as an Estimator, Cost Estimator, Technical Estimator or similar
  • Commercial construction experience would be advantageous but isn’t essential
  • Strong numerical, analytical and commercial skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
  • Proactive and customer-focused approach
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications would be beneficial
  • Good Microsoft Office and estimating software skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence
