Job title: Customer Success Manager

Location: Hybrid working 3 days per week from modern offices in Loughborough / 2 days working from home

Remuneration: Basic salary up to £35,000 per year (depending on experience).

We’re recruiting on behalf of a growing, innovative SaaS business that has built its reputation around exceptional customer service. As their Customer Success Manager, you’ll become the trusted point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring they not only adopt the platform successfully but continue to see real value from it long after implementation.

This isn’t a reactive support role. It’s about building partnerships, understanding your customers’ businesses and helping them achieve their goals while identifying opportunities to strengthen those relationships.

What you’ll be doing

  • Taking ownership of a portfolio of customer accounts, managing the relationship from onboarding through to long-term success.
  • Delivering engaging onboarding sessions and ensuring every customer gets off to the best possible start.
  • Providing training, guidance and best practice to maximise platform adoption.
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and becoming their trusted advisor.
  • Monitoring customer engagement, identifying potential issues before they become problems.
  • Proactively reducing churn and uncovering opportunities to grow existing accounts.
  • Working closely with Sales, Product and Support teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
  • Feeding customer insights back into the business to help shape future product improvements.

What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience in a Customer Success, Customer Experience or Account Management role within a SaaS or technology business.
  • A natural relationship builder with excellent communication skills.
  • Someone who enjoys working proactively rather than waiting for problems to arise.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple customer relationships simultaneously.
  • Experience using CRM or Customer Success platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Gainsight or similar.
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
