Job Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Rugby, Warwickshire
Up to £45,000 DOE + Profit Related Pay
If you’re at your best when you’re juggling priorities, solving problems and making sure nothing falls through the cracks, this could be the role for you.
We’re recruiting for a successful and growing specialist contractor that delivers projects across the UK. As Project Coordinator, you’ll play a central role in making sure projects are planned, organised and delivered safely, efficiently and on time.
You’ll be the link between customers, suppliers, site teams and internal departments, ensuring everything is in place before work starts and keeping projects running smoothly from start to finish.
What’s on offer?
- Salary up to £45,000 depending on experience

- 22 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
- Flexible working hours:
- 8:00am – 4:00pm
- 8:30am – 4:30pm
- 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Monday to Friday
- A varied role with genuine responsibility in a growing business
The role:
- Coordinate multiple projects from start to completion
- Schedule labour, materials, plant and subcontractors
- Liaise with customers, suppliers and site teams
- Prepare and maintain project documentation
- Coordinate site paperwork, including RAMS and project records
- Monitor project progress and provide updates to customers and management
- Resolve day-to-day operational issues
- Support the wider business with operational and administrative activities
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a Project Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, Contracts Coordinator or similar role
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Comfortable managing project documentation and site-related paperwork
- Construction industry experience would be beneficial, but is not essential
- Knowledge of RAMS and site safety requirements would be advantageous
- Good Microsoft Office and general systems skills
