Role: Stock Control Coordinator (Chinese fluency Essential)

Contract: Temp to Perm

Location: Rubery, Birmingham (B45)

Hours of Work: 8.30am – 5.30pm – Mon – Fri (1hr lunch)

Salary: £12.50ph – £13.00ph (£26,000pa – £27,040pa) dependent on exp

What You’ll Be Doing:

We are a fast-growing online wholesaler of bathroom products, and currently looking for a stock control coordinator to join our team:

  • Managing the stock control system
  • Updating the inventory stock list when there’s a movement of stock
  • Updating customers returns and refunds on inventory system daily
  • Responsible for doing sales reports and stock ordering plans
  • Placing purchasing orders with Chinese suppliers and follow up the orders
  • Ensuring the stock are received timely
  • Generating stock analysis report at every month end
  • Managing stock counts and reconcile with the system
  • Gathering products information and updating the data sheet
  • Other general administrative works, such as filing, emailing, etc.

What We’re Looking for:

  • Must be fluent in either Chinese / Mandarin / Cantonese & English – this is essential
  • Proficient in using Microsoft software, for example, MS Word, and Excel
  • Good communication & organisational skills
  • Be able to work in a team, logical thinking, Attention to details, Hardworking and reliable
