Role: FLT Counterbalance / Production Operative

Contract: Temp to Perm | Immediate Start Available

Location: Marston Green, Birmingham B37 (Near Birmingham Airport)

Hours of Work: Rotating Shifts | 6:00am – 2:00pm / 2:00pm – 10:00pm / 10:00pm – 6:00am

Salary: £16.03ph – £17.36ph

We are currently recruiting for FLT Counterbalance / Production Operatives to join a manufacturing environment based in Marston Green, Birmingham.

Duties Include:

  • Operating FLT Counterbalance trucks to unload large container deliveries
  • Carrying out basic quality checks on products
  • Packaging and labelling finished goods
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous FLT Counterbalance experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good work ethic and reliability
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment
